As a new neighbor, we invite you to become a paid member of our Home Owners Association and an active participant in your community. Our purpose is to preserve the value of our property by ensuring development is harmonious and compatible with the neighborhood.

 

Created by the City of Arcadia through City Council Resolution, our Association has the largest paid membership in Arcadia. We represent the interests of Highlands residents working together for common goals.

 

The City has designated our Architectural Review Board (ARB) to be the first point of review for new and remodel construction in the Highlands as well as other modifications including roofs, windows and fences. After ARB approval, the homeowner proceeds to the City’s Planning Department for necessary reviews and permits.
